Three quick reasons to vote for me:

1) JOBS - People are hurting to provide for their family. I'm not waiting till I get into office to help our community, I have already started by convincing a local business man, who is fed up with the current councilman, from packing up and shipping out. His Innovative green technology will bring hundreds of jobs to the San Fernando Valley.

2) MONEY - The current councilman is responsible for adding to our $350 million deficit with his out of control spending on friends, family, and special interest groups. The most disrespectful to date is the $10,000 he spent on steak. How do you waste that much money at a steak house when the most expensive meal there is $22? I've run a successful business for over 20 years and know how to balance a budget and with my 6-for-6 Plan will tackle this $350 million short fall head on. I am honored that my candidacy continues to earn the support of many neighborhood council leaders and local community members. My goals are to make our community a better place to live, work, and enjoy life. Four more years of lies, empty promises, and inaction from our current councilman will not bring about the changes our neighborhood desperately needs.

3) ACCOUNTABILITY - For too long we have been ignored by the current councilman. I'm currently in the works on creating a website that can be visited 7 days a week, 24 hours a day for community issues that will have ARTS, Accountability Return Time Stamp. By submitting through the website you get confirmation back stating that someone has your request and will address your issue/s within 72 hours. Also, I have pledged to attend personally all six neighborhood council meetings twice a year. Our neighborhood councils are our the eyes and ears of the community and too many people have great ideas that deserve to be heard.

Thank you for your vote and I look forward to serving you.
